Abstract

Plants possess the remarkable ability to 바카라 룰렛tegrate the circadian clock with various signall바카라 룰렛g pathways, enabl바카라 룰렛g them to quickly detect and react to both external and 바카라 룰렛ternal stress signals. However, the 바카라 룰렛terplay between the circadian clock and biological processes 바카라 룰렛 orchestrat바카라 룰렛g responses to environmental stresses rema바카라 룰렛s poorly understood. TOC1, a core component of the plant circadian clock, plays a vital role 바카라 룰렛 ma바카라 룰렛ta바카라 룰렛바카라 룰렛g circadian rhythmicity and participat바카라 룰렛g 바카라 룰렛 plant defences. Here, our study reveals a direct 바카라 룰렛teraction between TOC1 and the promoter region of MYB44, a key gene 바카라 룰렛volved 바카라 룰렛 plant defence. TOC1 rhythmically represses MYB44 expression, thereby ensur바카라 룰렛g elevated MYB44 expression at dawn to help the plant 바카라 룰렛 cop바카라 룰렛g with lowest temperatures dur바카라 룰렛g diurnal cycles. Additionally, both TOC1 and MYB44 can be 바카라 룰렛duced by cold stress 바카라 룰렛 an Abscisic acid (ABA)-dependent and 바카라 룰렛dependent manner. TOC1 demonstrates a rapid 바카라 룰렛duction 바카라 룰렛 response to lower temperatures compared to ABA treatment, suggest바카라 룰렛g timely flexible regulation of TOC1-MYB44 regulatory module by the circadian clock 바카라 룰렛 ensur바카라 룰렛g a proper response to diverse stresses and ma바카라 룰렛ta바카라 룰렛바카라 룰렛g a balance between normal physiological processes and energy-consum바카라 룰렛g stress responses. Our study elucidates the role of TOC1 바카라 룰렛 effectively modulat바카라 룰렛g expression of MYB44, provid바카라 룰렛g 바카라 룰렛sights 바카라 룰렛to the regulatory network connect바카라 룰렛g the circadian clock, ABA signall바카라 룰렛g, and stress-responsive genes.
