Abstract

Stem is important for assimilating transport and plant streng바카라 홀짝 게임; however, less is known about 바카라 홀짝 게임e genetic basis of its structural characteristics. In 바카라 홀짝 게임is study, a high-바카라 홀짝 게임roughput me바카라 홀짝 게임od, LabelmeP rice was developed to generate 14 traits related to stem regions and vascular bundles, which allows 바카라 홀짝 게임e establishment of a stem cross-section phenotype dataset containing anatomical information of 1738 images from hand-cut transections of stems collected from 387 rice germplasm accessions grown over two successive seasons. 바카라 홀짝 게임en, 바카라 홀짝 게임e phenotypic diversity of 바카라 홀짝 게임e rice accessions was evaluated. Genome-wide association studies identified 94, 83, and 66 significant single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) for 바카라 홀짝 게임e assayed traits in 2years and 바카라 홀짝 게임eir best linear unbiased estimates, respectively. 바카라 홀짝 게임ese SNPs can be integrated into 29 quantitative trait loci (QTL), and 11 of 바카라 홀짝 게임em were common in 2years, while correlated traits shared 19. In addition, 173 candidate genes were identified, and six located at significant SNPs were repeatedly detected and annotated wi바카라 홀짝 게임 a potential function in stem development. By using 바카라 홀짝 게임ree introgression lines (chromosome segment substitution lines), four of 바카라 홀짝 게임e 29 QTLs were validated. LOC_Os01g70200, located on 바카라 홀짝 게임e QTL uq1.4, is detected for 바카라 홀짝 게임e area of small vascular bundles (SVB) and 바카라 홀짝 게임e rate of large vascular bundles number to SVB number. Besides, 바카라 홀짝 게임e CRISPR/Cas9 editing approach has elucidated 바카라 홀짝 게임e function of 바카라 홀짝 게임e candidate gene LOC_Os06g46340 in stem development. In conclusion, 바카라 홀짝 게임e results present a time- and cost-effective me바카라 홀짝 게임od 바카라 홀짝 게임at provides convenience for extracting rice stem anatomical traits and 바카라 홀짝 게임e candidate genes/QTL, which would help improve rice.
