主要研究领域:
1.植物光呼吸代谢调控及其与H2O2信号的关联互作:植物光呼吸核心代谢途径现已十分清楚,然而有关光呼吸代谢的调控机制研究仍进展缓慢;我们目前主要通过翻译后修饰分析、互作蛋白筛选、代谢组学分析等揭示光呼吸调控相关分子机制。
2.植物高光效机理与应用:采用合成生物学策略构建低光呼吸代谢模块,并将其在C3植物中进行适配,旨在提高作物光合效率、生物量及产量。
